About The Tims Bluegrass Band
Dell and Ray Tims have played music for tens of thousands of people in America, Europe, and South America as DelRay, the Lonestar Band, the Tims Family Band and now the Tims Bluegrass Band.
The Tims are based in Raleigh, N.C, which is centrally located to many parts of the state, so, consider them for your next event. They have played at countless weddings, good old pig-pickings, corporate events, for Governors and even Presidents.
As a band, they are very concerned that they present music in the context that you wish it to be. They actually have three different PA systems and two level of lights that are used depending on whether they are background music at a wedding reception, or the featured performers at a major festival. The key thing is that they respect their clients' wishes. It is about what the client wants and needs - period!
